Sales Associate - KSA

FAMA Technologies is seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Associates to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships. 

This role requires candidates to be based in Tabuk, Medina, Buraydah, or Abha, with a strong presence and understanding of the local market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Master demos of our solutions

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferaable Iqama

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software solutions market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored software solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Must be based in KSA with a strong presence in Tabuk, Medina, Buraydah, or Abha.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
