Sales Account Manager

FAMA Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the sales team to ensure consistent success. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic sales plans, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company’s customer base while ensuring a strong market presence. 

Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, leading conversion efforts from multiple marketing channels, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and expertise in key account management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferaable Iqama
  • Driving License is Mandatory

Nice to have

  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, maintain and manage relationships with their Clients or Business Partners to drive company revenue with the sales of offerings by organization
  • Learn & demonstrate offerings of organization product & services to potential customers
  • Achieving defined sales targets without failure
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
  • Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
  • Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
  • Respond offering company IT solution.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
  • Lead the charge in driving sales of drive-thru, digital signage, POS, and self-ordering kiosk solutions, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and product knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert in drive-thru technologies and digital signage solutions.
  • Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements and contracts
