Project Manager - IT

FAMA Technologies is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead, monitor, and control information technology projects from initiation to completion. This role involves overseeing all technical operations across the company, managing the technical support team, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions.

As an IT Project Manager, you will collaborate with clients, users, development teams, and internal stakeholders to drive project success. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and integrating cross-functional IT projects that have a significant impact on business operations. The role requires strong leadership in resource management, timeline execution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle
  • Achieve project milestones and deliverables 
  • Assess and document stakeholder requirements
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Conduct software demonstrations and training

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferaable Iqama

Nice to have

  • PMP Certification an Advantage
  • Experience with IT project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while identifying necessary resources and ensuring timely completion.
  • Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure seamless collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, escalate critical issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Define project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and scope.
  • Engage with customers, address out-of-scope activities, and ensure transparent communication to maintain project alignment.
  • Implement quality control measures, validate deliverables, and ensure all solutions meet required standards before deployment.
  • Maintain up-to-date project control sheets, generate weekly status reports, and provide management with data-driven insights.
  • Manage source code, oversee ERP release activities, and ensure smooth deployment of software solutions.
  • Monitor and enforce customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), track performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Regularly engage with clients, address complaints and suggestions, and take necessary actions to enhance service quality.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce quality issues.
  • Participate in quarterly evaluations, conduct appraisals, and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skill development.

  • 8 to 10 Years of Experience in relevant position in IT
  • Working knowledge of Project Coordination & Management
